Since the petitioner was dismissed from service owing to Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No. 39 dated 14.12.2004 under Section 13 (2) read with Section 13 (1) (e) of PC Act, 1988, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition, which shall be subject to the result of CRLA No. 306 of 2017.
