Heard learned counsel for the parties.

L.A. Misc. Case No. 85 of 2015 in L.A.C No.41 of 2010 is stated to be pending before the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.2).

It is submitted by Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the State that, there is no legal impediment for disposal of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.2) to dispose of the L.A. Misc. Case No. 85 of 2015 in L.A.C No.41 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and the compensation amount be disbursed in favour of the petitioner on disposal of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January,2022.
