The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties no.3 to 5 to count the ad hoc service period of the petitioner from 01.03.1984 to 14.03.1988 as qualifying service with his regular service from 15.03.1988 to 30.06.2009 for sanction of full pension and other pensionary benefits and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to calculate the arrear differential arrear payable to him and pay the same within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4

to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
