This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has claimed himself to be a child-in-conflict (CCL) with law before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar who is seized of the matter by conducting an inquiry under the provision of J.J.(C.P.C.) Act and thereby, the present bail application has become infructuous. He further prays to not press the bail application with grant of liberty to the petitioner to make an application for bail afresh in case the petitioner is found not to be CCL in the aforesaid inquiry. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the bail application is disposed of as not pressed with grant of aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
