01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordship may be graciously pleased to admit this application and quash the letter No.2853 dt.21.10.2022 issued by the Opp. Party No.2 under Annexure- 8 and also seeking direction from this Hon'ble Court to consider the representation which was filed under Annexure- 9 for not to leave the premises of the 1st Floor of Gopabandhu Pathagar and further direct the Opp. Parties to allow the petitioner to run his computer institute in the said premises for the interest of justice; And pass such other order/orders, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper; And for which act of kindnessm the Petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray;"

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till

// 2 // date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. The Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before O.P. No. 2 within a period of four (4) days from the date of receipt of this order. Till a decision is taken on the claim raised under Annexure-9, the operation of Annexure-8 shall be kept in abeyance.
