2. Heard Mr. A. Behera, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K.Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 7.9.2016 under Annexure-6. 4.
Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submitted that the order passed at Annexure-6 has been superseded by restoring the earlier order passed under Annexure-5 vide communication issued on 28.03.2019. The aforesaid submission is also reflected in the communication dated 28.03.2019 filed by the learned counsel for the State through a memo.

In view of such communication issued on 28.03.2019, the prayer as made in the writ petition has become infructuous.
