This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 982 of 2017 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 982 of 2017.

The Petitioner, appointed as Junior Stenographer on contractual basis on 20th August, 2008 in the Office of the Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack, approached this Court for regularization of service on completion of six years from the date of contractual sanctioned and created post of Junior Stenographer.

Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the relief as prayed has been granted to the Petitioner, hence the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
