Mr.A.R.Dash, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that as against the impugned order an appeal lies under Section 7 of Orissa Government Land Settlement Act, 1962, the present writ petition may not be entertained. 4.

In such background, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petition as he wants to file an appeal before the appropriate authority. 5.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Office is directed to return the certified copies of Annexures-2 and 3 to learned counsel for the petitioners after the same are substituted by authenticated xerox copies.
