The Petitioners' representation dated 12th August, 2022 (Annexure-13) shall be examined by the Collector, Mayurbhanj (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to him and a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 6th February, 2023. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
