1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner-applicant challenges the final select list for appointment of Contract Teacher T.G.T. (PCM) category published on 03.12.2011. He further prays for a direction to the opposite parties to appoint her in the said post under S.C.(Women) category with all service benefits.

3. Since the said advertisement was of the year, 2011, there seems to be no cause of action as on today.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. However, if there is any fresh cause of action arises, the petitioner is at liberty approach the Court afresh.
