Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. R.N.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the respondents to accept the application for of the applicant for recruitment to the post of Civil constables in light of the observations made by this Hon'ble Tribunal in O.A. No.2109 (C) of 2008 read with the order dtd. 22.09.2011 passed in M.P. No.448(C) of 2011.
(ii) And pass any other appropriate order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 12.01.2017 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
