Mr. S.R. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought our leave to correct the nomenclature of this case. He has done so by an oral application which is usually not entertained by the court. Since, there will be no change in the pleadings, we have accepted the prayer.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel has also filed the corrected cause title and according to the observation of the Registry this matter cannot be brought under the nomenclature of WPCRL, it should be CRLMP.

We allow the conversion. Let the matter be listed before the appropriate bench.
