This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" The Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that Your Lordships may be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties and upon hearing both sides be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Opp.Parties more particularly to O.P.No.4, the ARCS, Nayagarh to ensure that the benefit of letter issued by the O.P.No.2 as per Annexure-5 is made available to the Petitioner forthwith w.e.f. the date of its issue and the Petitioner is paid with differential amount by the O.P.No.5 & 6 respectively within a stipulated period, and further be pleased to pass such other order(s)/issue direction(s) or writ(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the bonafide interest of justice." 4.

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has

// 2 // submitted representation before the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nayagarh, Opposite Party No.4 on 27.10.2022 under Annexure-6. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-6 within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.4 which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.2to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-6 by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
