RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 24th November, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 15.02.2012.
The original application was filed before the learned Tribunal in the year 2011, when the applicant was working as Contractual Forest Guard under Divisional Forest Officer, Bhadrak Wild Life Division, At/P.O.-Chandbali in the district of Bhadrak inter alia praying for a direction to set aside the communication dated 02.05.2011 (Annexure-4) issued by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Odisha regarding filling-up of vacancies under direct recruitment quota of Forest Guards.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to
// 2 // pursue the litigation at present. It is further submitted that the petition is not pressed with a prayer to grant liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition for any surviving cause of action.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of instructions from the petitioner granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
