This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No. 2525 of 2017 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 2525 of 2017.

The Petitioner, Sepoy, on competition of 15 years of service from 1st December, 1986 i.e., the date of appointment, was allowed to draw 1st Time Bound Advancement Scale (TBA) as due on 1st December, 2001 and 2nd Time Bound Advancement Scale as due on 1st December, 2011. He was also allowed second Assured Career Progression (ACP) under 2008 Rules after modification of TBA. The grievance of the Petitioner is that by the date of filing of this writ petition, he was not given the grade pay though he had been allowed financial up-gradation in terms of Revised Assured Career Advancement Scheme, 2013.

Learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal issued notice vide order dated 21st November, 2017.

At the time of hearing today, Ms. P. P. Rao, counsel for the Petitioner filed a Memo seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned. The said memo is taken on record. 6.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as sought for. If the Petitioner approaches the proper authority within a period of one month from today, the said authority shall consider the grievance of the Petitioner within a period of three months thereafter.
