ORDER
14.10.2022 4.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard Mr. J. Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Balabantaray, learned counsel for the opp.parties. 3.
It is fairly submitted that against the impugned order of punishment, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Governor under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition and it is submitted that the said appeal is yet to be considered and disposed of.
4.
In view of such limited nature of prayer, this Court while disposing the writ petition, permits the petitioner to move the office of Hon'ble Governor with regard to early disposal of the appeal.
5.
It is observed that if any such application is moved before the competent officer of the Hon'ble Governor's Secretariate, appropriate action shall be taken on the same. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge sangita
