ORDER
14.02.2022 Order No.
01.
1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The present petitioner challenges the communication dated 02.05.2011 received from the office of the Principal CCF, Orissa for filing of the vacancies under the direct recruitment quota for recruiting the Forest Guard. The said advertisement must have reached its logical conclusion by now. There seems to be no cause of action in existence due to efflux of time.
3. In view of such facts, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
5. However, the petitioner may approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
