This petition has been re-numbered as a writ petition after the original application, of the year 2011, filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack was transferred to this Court.

In the original application, the petitioner has stated that he was an applicant for the post of Livestock Inspector in the district of Jharsuguda pursuant to the letter of the Chief District Veterinary Officer dated 16.11.2007. Since the advertisement for the said contractual post of Livestock Inspector is not enclosed, the period of contractual engagement is not known.

Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that at present, he does not have any instructions. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within 60 (sixty) days, if any cause of action still survives.
