Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner has been addressed and all claims of the petitioner have been cleared vide order dated 05.10.2012 passed by the erstwhile District Inspector of Schools, Patnagarh, DistrictBolangir. Hence, the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition.
