This writ petition has been filed challenging the advertisement under Annexure-9, which is of the year 2010-11 for engagement of Contract Teachers in Up-Graded Government High Schools.

Since the advertisement was of the year 2010-11, the subject matter of dispute does not survive now.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to restore the petition by filing an application in the event cause of action still survives. 6.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
