This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of R.P. Case No.100 of 2022 pending before the Commissioner, Land Record and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioners file a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the R.P. Case No.100 of 2022 within a period of one month thereafter.
