1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
2. Heard Mr.Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner in connection with C.T.Case No.4526 of 2021 arising out of Mancheswar P.S.Case No.235 of 2021 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/294/506 of the I.P.C.
4. It is submitted that the Petitioner is inside custody since 22.8.2021 and in the meantime investigation being completed, chargsheet has already been submitted.
5. Mr.Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the Petitioner collected Rs.2,000/- from 200 persons with assurance to avail them loan to the tune of
Rs.40,000/- each, but took away the entire amount of Rs.4,00,000/- on such false promise.
6. Having heard both parties and considering the period of detention as well as the fact of completion of investigation, it is directed that the Petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter including the condition that, he shall furnish property security of Rs.1,00,000/-(one lakh) and shall not be involved in any other offence while on bail and shall appear before the I.I.C., Mancheswar Police Station as and when directed.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
8. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April,2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January,2022.
