1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.
2. Heard Mr. R.C. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 27th October, 2021 in connection with Basta P.S. Case No.230/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.519/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Basta for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498-A/323/294/304-B/302/34 of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the Petitioner was not a member of the immediate family and the allegation against him are omnibus in nature coupled with the fact that one of the co-accused who stands on the same footing has already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.1029/2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
