This Court records the submission of Mr.Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner that pleading involving the Revision Petition No.05 of 2019 has already completed. Keeping this in view, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition directs the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (C.R.), Cuttack to conclude the Revision Petition No.05 of 2019 at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
