This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to grant trained graduate teachers from the date of his acquisition of B.Ed. qualification, i.e. w.e.f. May, 1984 along with TGT scale of pay, the date his counterparts in BMC has been allowed TGT scale of pay and TGT posts. From the prayer portion, it further reveals that Petitioner has sought for a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of his representation within stipulated time. 3.

Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Authority to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 4.8.2010 under Annexure-10 within a stipulated period of time. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 4.8.2010 under Annexure-10, if the same is still pending, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to

// 2 // mention here that the Authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
