1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.363/34 IPC.

3. The FIR reveals that the incident is of the year 2020 and the Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail after two and half years.

4. In view of the above, this Court feels there is no urgency to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The ABLAPL is dismissed. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge KC Bisoi
