Heard Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) Let the original application be admitted notices may be issued to the respondents.

ii) Let the respondents be directed to revise the seniority list of Forest Guards under Chandaka Wild Life Division vide Annexure-3 fixing the seniority of the petitioner w.e.f 23.09.1988 instead of 04.01.1989 and accordingly his case for promotion for the post of Forester be recommend for DPC for consideration". 4.

The Petitioner has moved before the opposite party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 8.12.2011 under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Let the opposite party No.3 take a decision on Annexure-4 dated 8.12.2011 on its own merit within a

// 2 // period of two months from the date of communication of the order along with a copy of the writ petition filed by the Petitioner.
