2. 1. When the matter was last taken up on 13.10.2022, the following order was passed :
"The writ petition has been registered before this Court on19.1.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

It is submitted by Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner that he has instruction to appear along with Mr. G.R. Sethi, Ms. B.K. Pattnaik, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner, since Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned counsel who had entered appearance earlier has been empanelled as Addl. Govt. Advocate.

The name of Mr. M.K. Khuntia, be deleted from the cause list as well as case brief from the next listing.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time by referring to the counter dated 17.05.2018, which is on record.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been provided with copy of the counter.

Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he shall provide copy of the counter immediately to the learned counsel for the petitioner but since Mr.
// 2 // Das is appearing virtually, he is requested to receive the copy from the office of the learned Standing Counsel.

As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, list on 18th November, 2022."
2. It is agreed at the bar that the challenge in the Original Application filed before the learned Tribunal was to the order of transfer, therefore, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.
