2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "the applicant prays for consideration of his grievance for promotion to the rank of OPS to IPS and pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating her grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
