1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.418/420/406 IPC read with Sections 4/5/6 of the PCMC (Banning) Act.

3. The present case relates to the year 2014 and by virtue of order vide order dated 29th June, 2017 passed in ABLAPL No.9766 of 2017, this Court granted liberty to the Petitioner to surrender and go on bail on its own merit whereas the Petitioner failed to avail the benefit of the order. No such document is placed before this Court to convince that the departure from the order of this Court is due to the reason beyond his control.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further bail to the Petitioner. The ABLAPL is dismissed. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge KC Bisoi
