This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

RJ 2.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 19.01.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon abolition. 3.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the order dated 04.12.2017 directing to file counter within four weeks. Counter dated 02.06.2018 is on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pendency of the petition has not helped the cause of the petitioner in any manner as it is disclosed in the counter affidavit that the information from the Tahasildar was not received in the office of the Superintendent of Police, Signals, Odisha.

5. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate refers to the Annexures-'N' (Dt.01.02.2018) and Annexure-'O' (Dt. 08.03.2018) to the counter to submit that the applicant/petitioner was requested to submit self declaration for getting employment

// 2 // from the Government Departments.

Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate seeks further time on behalf of the opposite parties to complete the process, if the same is still pending.

In view of the facts that have emerged from the pleadings of the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of observing that the application of the petitioner, if is still pending be processed expeditiously. The entire process be completed within four months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. This order be uploaded.
