Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court observes, in the event Misc. Case No.45 of 2015 arising out of Settlement Revision Case No.62 of 2010 is still pending before the Tahasildar, Erasama- Opposite Party No.2, the same may be disposed of at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving all parties concerned.

This Court observes in the event the Misc. Case No.45 of 2015 is already registered and is not traceable, Petitioner may show his readiness to provide a copy of such reconstituted file and the same may be accepted.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
