1. This is a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) asking for stoppage of trains between two Railway Stations in Nayagarh district. This is not a matter in which the Court will like to entertain as a PIL. These are policy decisions of the Railways depending the exigencies. The Court, therefore, declines to interfere.
