Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the representation, dt.28.10.2020 submitted before the opposite party no.1 (Collector, Jagatsinghpur) of the petitioners vide Annexure1 series and the representation dt.05.08.2020 submitted before the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-3 series for inquiry not supplying of water to the petitioner along with other villagers under "Basudha Yojana" and committed illegality and irregularities by the Official concerned as 23ell as contractor for supplying water and spreading of water pipe in the earth through the village-Sadeipur, If the Opp. Parties fail to show or show insufficient cause to make the rule absolute.
And to pass to such other order/orders and writ/writs which would afford complete relief to the petitioner." And may pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this
Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-1 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 series and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
