Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Therefore its prayed that your lordship's would be graciously pleased to admit the case, issue notice and after hearing the parties be pleased to allow this petition directing the opp. party no.2 to dispose of the representation under annexure-1 towards consideration and reallocation of Rs.2,00,000/- (out of total Rs.8,75,000/-) for constriction of two storied building at Handapa Primary School in the distract of Angul;

And may pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-1 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of

communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
