Considering the civil court judgment and decree involved and there is no endeavor for the Appeal, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Mahakalpada- Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of mutation proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners but however involving the parties concerned.
