This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 28.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19911 of 2021.

Though this Contempt Application by filing the registered post receipt it is established that there is already sending of the required application since 09.08.2021.

Considering that one year has already passed in the meantime and there is no decision on the application of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 as of now, this Court directs the Opposite Party-contemnor / present assignee to look into the request of the Petitioner and take a lawful decision on the same, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. Failure in compliance of this Court's direction will be amounting to deliberate violation of the Court's direction.
