This the successive journey of this Petitioner in filing this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Tamando P.S. Case No.13 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.305 of 2021 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar running for alleged commission of offence under Section-493/323/354 /506/34 of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances finding no such changed circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the
// 2 // observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for grant of regular bail of the Petitioner, the same would be made on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law so as to enable the Petitioner in case necessity so arises, to approach the next higher forum early.
