Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
Undisputedly, the petitioner-Sangha has no right involving the issue involved herein since it involves construction of Railway Over Bridge on the Railway line by the competent authority. This Court considering it in the interest of larger public, declines to interfere in the order at Annexure-9.

Considering the submission of Mr.Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner that in the process of such undertaking, there is likelihood of taking away the livelihood of shop owners in the event any such eviction is there. It may be open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for rehabilitation, if any. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
