2. Heard Mr. L.P. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned A.S.C.

3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer.

In view of the facts mentioned in Para-6 above, the applicant prays for the following relief(s).

"quash the letter, dated 16.5.2017 issued by the Respondent No.1 as at Annexure8 by concurrently holding the same as bad, illegal and cannot sustainable in and/or maintainable in the eye of law."

4. It is submitted that the issue involved in the present case has already been decided by the learned Tribunal in its order dated 26.2.2019 passed in O.A. No.1452(C ) of 2017 and batch. While disposing the said Original Applications, learned Tribunal passed the order by modifying the impugned order dated 16.5.2017 which is under challenge in the present writ petition.

In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 26.2.2019 in O.A. No.1452(C ) of 2017 and batch.
