Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order under Annexure-5 dated 30.08.2022, by which the petitioner was put under suspension pending drawal of the proceeding until further orders under Rule-16 of the OCS (CCA) Rules, 1962. 4.

Subsequently realizing the mistake the said order dated 30.08.2022 has been recalled and a fresh order dated 10.10.2022 was passed indicating therein that the order of suspension has been passed as per Rule-12 of the OCS (CCA) Rules, 1962.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any infirmity in the said order so as to cause an interference.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
