Considering the submissions made and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to work out the order of this Court dated 12.06.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.3752 of 2019, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated/certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. Failure in compliance of this Court's direction will be amounting to deliberate violation of the Court's direction.
