None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. When the matter was taken up on 16.02.2022, none had also appeared and the following order was passed:- "2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
3. The original application was transferred to this Court and registered on 24.11.2021 as writ petition after abolition of learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal.
4. From perusal of the order sheet of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never listed after 1st October, 2012. To grant another opportunity, list on 14.3.2022."

The original application was filed in the year 2011 by the petitioner/applicant who was then 48 years of age, working as Assistant Teacher in Kutcherisahi Primary School, Katcherisahi in the district of Deogarh inter alia praying for a direction to the appropriate authority to consider her representation and to grant her salary/arrears of salary.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the matter was never pursued before the learned Tribunal for the last almost ten years and nothing would survive for adjudication at present considering the nature of grievances.
// 2 // Having heard learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within 90 days for any surviving cause of action.
