Mr. N.K. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing along with Mr. N.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has filed this writ application challenging the order of dismissal dated 25.01.2012, which was passed owing to alleged involvement in a Criminal case for the offence under section 13 (1) (c)(d) of the P.C. Act and under section 409/477-A/34 I.P.C. It is further contended that against the order of conviction, the petitioner has preferred CRLA No. 490 of 2011, which is pending before this Court for consideration. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court after disposal of the appeal, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of such position, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in accordance with law, after disposal of the aforesaid appeal, which is pending before this case.
