Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to sanction the regular pension and opposite party no.3 to issue pension payment order (PPO) in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated period with all retiral and financial benefits available under ACP as per ORSP Rules, 2008 and further to issue direction to opposite party no.1 to pay interest @ 16% per annum on the total unpaid amount due towards commutation of pension and Death cum Retiral Gratuity (DCRG) from the date of his retirement i.e. 28.02.2010 as due and admissible as per calculation made at para-5 above the coloumn-6. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered within a

stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
