This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1769 (C) of 2017 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1769 of 2017.

Challenging the order bearing no.2021 dated 6.7.2017 issued by Block Development Officer, Gop, the petitioner, Junior Engineer in R.W.S.S.-II of Gop Block, whereby he was relieved of his duties with effect from 6th July, 2017 to enable him to join in the office of the Executive Engineer, R.W.S &S, Division Puri, the petitioner alleged that the said order is illegal.

Mr. P.K. Mohanty, Additional Standing Counsel submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
