Learned counsel for the Appellant files a xerox copy of the deposition in Court today, the same is taken kept on record. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Appellant as well as learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State raises an objection regarding maintainability of the present Criminal Appeal. It is submitted that since it involves the offence under POCSO Act and the matter is tried by the Special Judge under POCSO Act, Bolangir, the present appeal should have been filed in the shape of 'BLAPL' and not 'CRLA'.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant makes an oral prayer for grant of some time to convert the 'CRLA' into 'BLAPL'.

Registry is directed to change the nomenclature of the case from 'CRLA' to 'BLAPL' and assigned with a new number. 7.
