1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the fact in Order No.

issue alleged in this writ petition is similar to the fact in issue disposed of in W.P.C (OAC) No.1430 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the State subscribes his view that the fact in issue are same and similar and this Court can consider the same in the light of the order passed in W.P.C (OAC) No.1430 of 2017.
