1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks to get a direction from this court for quashing the departmental proceeding initiated against him while the similar case in self-same charge is pending in criminal court.

3. The memorandum issued to the Petitioner under Annexure-I is dated 22.12.2016. Nothing has been mooted from the side of the Petitioner for stay of further proceeding in the matter and as such in absence of any interim stay and the fact that the memorandum has been issued as back as in the year 2016 there is point in keeping the CRLMC alive.

4. More so, for the reason that the Petitioner failed to give the actual status of the criminal proceeding initiated against him. As such,there is no reason waiting for the Petitioner to pursue the matter. Hence, the same is dismissed.
