CORAM:

JUSTICE M.S. SAHOO Order No.

ORDER

15.02.2022 01.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 25th November, 2021 after having been transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

On perusal of the available record of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never listed after 20.04.2012. A counter affidavit dated 27.10.2018 has been filed by the opposite party/respondent no.3, Block Education Officer, Odapada. In the said counter affidavit, it is revealed from para6, that the petitioner/applicant had expired on 07.01.2016. Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant fairly submits that nothing survives in the writ petition after the demise of the applicant/petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. (M.S. Sahoo) Judge
